As elected
members of the student body, FSCA provides faculty with student input and
opinion on various issues.
In general
we sit in on faculty meetings and offer our opinion when an issue effects
students. We also bring up issues faculty may otherwise chose not to
deal with directly, or would not otherwise know about.
In 1991 we
were actively involved in curriculum changes in the first year program and
evaluation structure. As well, we were consulted in the selection of
new faculty and Dean.
