When the word came out that Norm [Hermant]
had thirty free tickets, his "friends" came to his rescue. It
seems that Murray Pezim was unable to sell the seats at $100 a pop and
someone in the back room remembered law students liked football, and
they liked Norm... The game between the
Winnipeg Blue Bombers and the B.C. Lions was not with-out a few good
moments. Between doing the wave, drinking beer and yelling our
favorite team on to victory (most of us were bomber fans, sorry B.C.)
we were more than a happy lot.
 We only had one minor problem that day.
What to do with all the beer and food we had bought to watch the game
at home. Don't worry, we solved that problem by having a
post-Grey Cup celebration. After all our team won didn't it?
