University of British Columbia Law Class of 1991

1991 HOME COMING PARADE

75 YEARS

Believe it or not, Simon Cridland actually got up at five am and took the ferry back to Vancouver from Victoria so that he would not miss the official cake cutting ceremony.

1991 U.B.C. Celebration
The Homecoming Parade this year was extra special as it was also U.B.C.'s 75th birthday.  Throughout the academic year a number of special events were held around campus.  This includes special concerts, speaker series, dances and more formal occasions.

Having been established after W.W.II, Law is one of the youngest faculties on campus.  No matter how much we hate the design of the present building, it is an improvement over the original military huts classes were held in.
