University of British Columbia Law Class of 1991

LAW GAMES

Law Games is a four day sporting and partying event held annually at different schools across Canada.

In 1991, the event was hosted by the University of Western Ontario.  Over 1,600 law students were in attendance, which of course, meant one heck of a social!

Since we were representing the school, you may wonder what UBC excelled at in the various competitions.  So do we...

I don't think we actually won any of our games in any of the sporting events.

Hey, we can't win them all.  After all, in 1991 UBC won the UBC/Victoria Moot, the Gale Moot, Western Canada Moot, and the International Client Counseling Competition.

And, as your mother always told you, if you don't let the other kids win some of the time, they won't want to play with you anymore.

Sounds good to us.
